These terms govern your use of Lineup. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service is
Lineupprovides (1) a private family live-video service, where you connect your own Cloudflare account and stream your own footage to an invite- or guest-link-only audience, and (2) a public, read-only companion that displays LiveHeats' publicly available scores and draws. Lineup is an independent companion and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by LiveHeats or any event organiser.
The companion reads LiveHeats' publicly available data only on demand, in direct response to what you choose to view. Lineup does not crawl, copy, store, or compile a database of LiveHeats data, and displays factual results (names, placings, scores, heat times) only.
Eligibility and age
You must be at least 16 to hold an account. Children may appear in a channel only where a parent or guardian runs that channel and has the necessary consents. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the video and other content you provide.
- You grant Lineup a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content to the audience you designate, solely to operate the service.
- You warrant that you have all rights and consents needed for your content — including the consent of every identifiable person you film, and of a parent or guardian for any minor.
Responsibility for streamed content
Broadcasters are solely responsible for everything they stream and for obtaining every consent it requires. Lineup is a neutral conduit: it does not create, select, pre-screen, monitor, endorse, or control channel content, and to the maximum extent permitted by law Lineup and its operator have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for content that broadcasters stream or that viewers watch. Responsibility rests entirely with the broadcaster.
This does not limit our right or ability to act on that content: we may remove it, and suspend, terminate, or take any channel offline, as set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach it, and we operate a cross-channel control that lets us take any channel offline.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be interrupted or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineup is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to re-supplying the service (or, where that is not possible, the amount you paid us for it, which for a free service is nil). Non-excludable consumer guarantees are unaffected.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the AUP, to comply with law, or to protect the service or its users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
